• 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Proven hands‑on experience running high‑volume SMS campaigns and A/B tests.
• Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.
• Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with omnichannel approaches: SMS + Viber + email or push.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.
