About the team

The CRM Customer Lifecycle Manager will help grow our customer engagement and acquisition through our owned channels (email, app engagement, referral, loyalty / promos, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Define life‑cycle strategy and devise tactics in line with the strategy.
  • Create customer journey flows and activate campaigns in MoEngage.
  • Follow‑up with reporting and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Work with the creative team to plan asset delivery for campaigns.
  • Work with Data teams to build long‑term reporting for CRM campaigns and experiments.
  • Build and execute experimentation pipeline, iterate and enshrine tests as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a quantitative field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM / Customer Engagement Marketing / Lifecycle Marketing.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as DOMO, Google Analy...
