Role Purpose
The CRM & Lifecycle Specialist will take ownership of the CRM strategy and execution within the broader marketing framework, working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross‑functional teams. The role focuses on delivering effective, data‑driven CRM campaigns and customer journeys that drive customer revenue, engagement, retention and lifetime value, while continuing to develop strategic depth and leadership capability.
Analyse campaign and journey performance to generate actionable insights and support continuous learning and optimisation.
Manage the contact strategy to balance commercial performance with customer experience.
Use customer data and insight to identify new opportunities for user journeys, segmentation and personalisation.
Develop and evolve customer journeys based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and value.
