Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM configuration, workflows, and automation)

• Experience building and managing integrations using APIs, connectors, or middleware/iPaaS tools

• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data platforms used for analytics and reporting

• Solid understanding of engineering best practices, including version control (Git), change management, and documentation

• Strong knowledge of growth, sales, and revenue operations, with an understanding of how CRM design impacts forecasting and business decisions

• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
