CRM Manager

Position Overview: AHK Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven CRM Manager to oversee and optimize our customer relationship management systems, sales funnels, and marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, funnel management, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective lead nurturing, improved conversions, and seamless customer engagement across all stages of the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Funnel Management

• Manage and optimize end-to-end sales and marketing funnels to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
• Monitor pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to enhance funnel efficiency.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, deal stages, workflows, and reporting structures within HubSpot.
