Develop and implement CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth in the online gaming space. Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts. Utilize CRM tools to set up automated campaigns and promotions.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Create and prepare new campaigns
· Analyze retention strategies to retain clients.
· Identify areas of customer improvement.
· Provide training to customer service staff of the CRM system.
· Evaluate customer service experience.
· Identify sales opportunities while servicing customers.
· Create new or develop existing retention campaigns and programs.
· Identify market opportunities, trends and threats and propose appropriate actions
· Manage campaign end-to-end, including targeting, segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization
