You’ll develop and optimise CRM journeys, manage segmentation, and use data to inform strategy and campaign planning. Collaborating across marketing, ecommerce, and creative teams, you'll ensure communications are relevant, impactful, and on-brand. You'll also oversee the CRM tech stack, support integration efforts, and lead initiatives like referral programmes and loyalty development.
