YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Database

• Manage the overall structure of the HubSpot CRM, taking ownership of data quality and ensuring the system is built to scale with business needs.
• Set up robust data rules, streamline cleanup processes, and ensure seamless integration with internal systems like Snowflake.
• Scout, implement, and manage supplier contracts for additional tools that enrich the CRM environment, such as UserGems, ZoomInfo, and Aircall.

Sales Operations

• Design and improve sales processes within HubSpot, customizing tools to support pipeline stages, accurate forecasting, and seamless deal tracking....
