CRM Marketing Automation Specialist (Hubspot)

We are looking for a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist with strong HubSpot expertise (Marketing and Sales Pro) , who combines analytical thinking, technical configuration, strategic vision, automation expertise and a proactive mindset to transform how we engage with our prospects and customers across the entire lifecycle.

This is not a traditional CRM role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a revenue growth strategist , capable of designing intelligent automation flows in HubSpot, orchestrating multi-channel campaigns and turning data into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven and passionate about marketing technology, constantly exploring new tools (including AI), trends and creative ways to automate, personalise and optimise the customer journey from first touch to closed deal.
