CRM & Marketing Operations Specialist
to support the execution and optimization of the marketing systems, campaigns, and lead management processes. This role connects CRM, website operations, paid media performance, and reporting across US regions.

What you'll Do:

• Manage and optimize
  HubSpot CRM
  (forms, workflows, dashboards)
• Monitor and improve
  lead lifecycle and routing
• Support and optimize
  paid media campaigns
  (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate website updates and landing pages
• Track campaign performance and conversion metrics
• Build reports and dashboards for marketing and sales teams
• Support territory-based and product-driven campaigns
