CRM Marketing Specialist (Email & Campaign Execution)

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Specialist to execute and manage email marketing campaigns within our CRM platform. This role focuses on building campaigns, managing audience segments, configuring automated flows, and ensuring accurate and timely deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and schedule email campaigns within the CRM platform
• Set up and manage automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, and promotional campaigns)
• Create and manage audience segments
• Configure campaign settings, including tracking parameters, personalization tags, send times, and A/B testing
• Perform quality assurance checks before deployment (links, formatting, personalization, and functionality)
• Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of all campaigns
