Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Working experience in marketing, with a focus on CRM, partnership management, and contest management to drive acquisition and retention.

Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Result-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs.

Ability to manage brand visibility and awareness at various locations.

Capable of designing and managing contests and promotional events
