  • Minimum Diploma holder

  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Customer-oriented and comfortable with on-site support work

  • Able to commit to project-based deployment

  • Transport allowance provided

  • Assist members with data verification at event concourse and expo locations

  • Station on-site based on project schedule

  • Support monthly loyalty programmechanics setup

  • Work closely with CS team to ensure smooth member engagement
