CRM Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager to manage client trips, itineraries, and CRM records with precision and care. This role requires strong organization, customer service skills, and weekend availability.

What You'll Own

• Manage and monitor all client trips and related details using the FlyOps CRM
• Oversee itineraries, menus, calendars, and email communications for clients
• Communicate with clients and provide updates as needed
• Coordinate travel planning and ensure all trip logistics are handled
• Provide customer service, including handling calls and responding to inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the CRM
• Ensure weekend availability as part of the service plan

What You Bring

• Experience with CRM management (training on FlyOps app provided)
