CRM Project Manager

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Manager to join the regional IT team, supporting CRM and digital initiatives across SEA & New Zealand.
The role will report directly to Director & Head of IT for SEA & NZ.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate with two CRM vendors across the region: Singapore-based vendor supporting client China-based vendor supporting client Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth product delivery and operations Drive product planning, execution, enhancement, and stakeholder communication Support regional CRM and customer engagement initiatives
Requirements: Experience as a Product Manager, preferably within CRM, retail, or e-commerce environments Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage cross-border collaboration in a regional setup Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
