CRM Specialist DACH Market

Role

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to support lifecycle and outreach operations for the German market. You will sit at the intersection of marketing automation, lead activation, and SDR enablement, building and optimizing programs that convert leads into pipeline. You will report to the Global Lifecycle Strategy Manager and work within a growing team of specialists, owning German market execution end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute activation and reactivation sequences for German market leads, targeting the right triggers, timing, and channels.
• Manage lead nurturing flows, onboarding programs, and re‑engagement campaigns across the funnel.
• Support lead scoring and lifecycle stage management in alignment with global criteria.
• Translate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR sequences and outreach plays tailored to the German market.
