The Brick is seeking a creative and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to support the execution of our email and SMS marketing programs. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, designing, building, testing, and deploying customer communications through Listrak NextGen.

This role works closely with other Advertising Teams and Purchasing to bring campaigns to life, ensuring all communications are accurate , engaging, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for customer lifecycle marketing.


Responsibilities


Campaign Planning & Coordination
+ Partner with the Marketing Director to develop and maintain the email and SMS marketing calendar.
