Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven CRM Executive with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience working with CRM platforms. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day CRM operations using our CRM system, supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining data quality, and optimizing customer engagement across multiple touchpoints. Prior experience with any well-known CRM platform is required, as the role demands strong foundational CRM knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to a custom-built system (Past experience in the food industry would be a plus).
Key Responsibilities
CRM Operations & Management
● Manage and maintain the CRM system to support marketing, sales, and customer engagement initiatives
● Configure and execute CRM workflows, automations, and customer journeys
● Ensure smooth execution of scheduled campaigns, including midnight or time-sensitive campaigns
