CRM Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Coordinator to support our CRM Manager in building, maintaining, and optimizing CRM systems and workflows. This role focuses heavily on GoHighLevel (GHL) but also covers broader CRM operations, including automation, reporting, customer journey management, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CRM Manager to implement, test, and maintain CRM workflows and automations in GoHighLevel
• Support the design, build, and optimization of customer journeys (email campaigns, SMS sequences, pipelines, forms, funnels, etc.)
• Maintain data hygiene by cleaning, tagging, and segmenting contact databases
