Job Specification
3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing for digital products (gaming, e-commerce, or fintech preferred)
Must have hands-on experience using Optimove for campaign orchestration, segmentation, trigger setup, and analytics
Familiarity with multi-channel CRM flows, especially SMS, followed by Viber, email, and push
Strong understanding of user lifecycle management, segmentation logic, and behavior-driven marketing
Comfortable working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM APIs
Job Description
Plan and manage a unified CRM calendar across SMS, Viber,
email, and push - aligned with retention and product goals.
Build, launch, and monitor lifecycle campaigns using Optimove, with SMS as the primary channel for communication.
Use Optimove to segment users based on behavior (e.g., VIPs, lapsing bettors, high-converting players) and set up real-time and scheduled triggers.
