Position Information Job Summary The CRM Systems Analyst (On‑Call Support) provides operational and light system‑analysis support for SC Connect, Schoolcraft College’s campus‑wide CRM environment. This role assists with application processing, data quality tasks, testing, pilot rollouts, and defined CRM configuration activities under the direction of CRM Operations staff. The position supports the accuracy, efficiency, and consistency of CRM workflows as SC Connect capabilities continue to expand across the College.This is an on‑call, part‑time, in‑person position and requires the individual to be on site during scheduled work hours. The role is scheduled during normal business hours and is intended to support CRM Operations during a period of growth and ongoing system rollout. Job Duties
