CRNA needed for Locums in Tennesee

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work a 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Oak Hill, TN. TN license required.

• Shift: 4 days a week 7-5. no call, no weekends. Must offer full time.
• Medical Direction Model.
• No blocks.
• Types of cases: Main OR, Women's, and Ortho. 34 ORs.
• MUST HAVE ACTIVE TN LICENSE.
• EMR: Meditech/Medaxion.
• Will cross credential at 1 site.
• Must have Active TN license.
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days.
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
