New London Hospitalis seeking an experiencedCertified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)to join our independent, all-CRNA anesthesia team at a critical access hospital in New London, New Hampshire. This role offers the opportunity to practice to the full scope of your license in a collaborative, high-performing environment that values professionalism, respect, and strong interdisciplinary teamwork.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. They bring a positive, team-focused mindset and are engaged in both clinical care and department success. This individual will also play a key role in mentoring Nurse Anesthesia Residents during their final clinical year.

This is a full-time position, with additional opportunities available for per diem CRNAs seeking flexibility.
