CROP FARM MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Kokstad Area – KwaZulu-Natal: An established 200ha farming enterprise in the Kokstad region is seeking a hands-on Crop Farm Manager to oversee and drive daily crop production activities. This role requires a practical, detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage commercial crop operations efficiently. POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Previous experience with Potatoes, cabbages & maize
• Experience working with pivots and pumps essential
• Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
• Computer literate
• Previous experience with GPS systems and John Deere GreenStar technology
• Maintenance orientated
• Ability to lead and work with a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
