 Responsibilities 
Primary Objectives: 
Product Understanding: develops a strong knowledge of Cross-Asset (“XAS”) Product & Solutions especially Macro and Credit Solutions products to central financial institutions thanks to daily work with Engineers and Structuring Team. 
Sales Talent: Is autonomous and able to pitch Cross-Asset Product and Solutions especially Macro and Credit related areas, recruits new clients, identify their needs and trade with them, establish a permanent relationship
Market Intelligence: Knows his market, the needs of each client segment, what competitors do in terms of products - Feedback the information to management, ENG/Structuring team and trading to improve capabilities of the platform.
