Cross Border Tax Manager

Your Role

• Work closely with Tax Partners and senior staff on personal tax compliance and advisory engagements
• Manage and coordinate tax planning and compliance for individuals with U.S. and Canadian income and/or estate tax filing requirements
• Oversee engagement risk, financial performance, billing, collections, and project budgets
• Review assessments and liaise with the IRS, U.S. state authorities, and the CRA
• Build and manage senior-level client relationships, delivering high-quality tax advice and service
• Mentor, coach, and support staff to help them reach their highest potential
• Identify and support new client service opportunities
