• Support planning, execution, and tracking of internal projects and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, status updates, and reports for management.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps; proactively suggest solutions.

IT & Technical Understanding

• Understand software development workflows, tools, and terminology to effectively coordinate with technical teams.
