Crypto Card Channel Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Card Channel Manager with 4–5 years of relevant experience in payments, preferably within the crypto industry. This role will focus on managing relationships with payment processors and card networks, optimizing card services, and supporting operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with card acquirers such as Worldpay, Checkout.com and Nuvei, and card association (or payment network) like Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay.
• Negotiate and manage pricing, terms & conditions, and service agreements with card service providers.
• Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to optimize card acceptance, reduce chargebacks, and ensure smooth card processing.
• Monitor card performance, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
