• 2+ years in crypto, gaming, payments, or digital finance
• Comfortable with platforms, transactions, and operational processes
• Highly trustworthy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn and grow

The role:

• Fully remote, flexible structure
• 7-day operation; weekend work mostly on-call
• Quick-response on-call: within 1 hour of your computer
