Crypto Payment Specialist (WFH)

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day crypto payment processing, including deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and verify blockchain transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to resolve payment issues promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records of crypto transactions and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support to customers regarding payment inquiries, refunds, and troubleshooting.
• Stay informed about crypto regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and security best practices.
• Assist in optimizing payment workflows and integrating new crypto payment solutions.

Ideal Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
