CSA DESIGN LEAD

Lead the design development of civil, structural, and architectural packages. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure constructability, compliance with codes, and alignment with project timelines.

Team Leadership and Delegation, Attention to Detail and Quality Focus, Planning and Coordination, Communication and Conflict Resolution, Integrity and Accountability.

Work closely with internal teams, including Planning, EDRC, Procurement, and Execution, to integrate construction methods with design, scheduling, and procurement plans. Ensure smooth communication flow and alignment on construction strategies across all functions and stakeholders.

Guide engineers and junior team members in understanding and applying construction methodologies. Support their technical growth, encourage problem-solving thinking, and build their capabilities in planning, analysis, and implementation.
