Job Title: Customer Service Specialist 1

Work Location: Temple, TX 76508 (100% Onsite)

Duration of Assignment: 6+ Months

Pay Rate Range: $18.00/hr on W2

Call Volume:

Day Shift (8 AM–5 PM): 175–300 calls per day

Second Shift: 150–200 calls per day

Night Shift: Over 100 calls on a busy night
