CSCS Cleaner
Coalville
£12.70 per hour 
Immediate start for the right candidate
6.30am start
James Grace Local is currently recruiting for a CSCS cleaner for a company based in Northwest Leicestershire.
Candidate must have a valid CSCS card 
Pid for 9 hours per day
Job responsibilities:
New build warehouse clean
Check and clean welfare facilities
Clean surfaces in offices
Follow Health and Safety rules
Waste removal
Using variety of different equipment i.e floor machines, cleaning cladding by reach & wash method 
Window cleaning 
Mopping 
Monitoring a replacing supply such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory.
