The CSE will work closely with their category management partner to deliver key metrics including net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin across key segments of Hershey’s business. Responsibilities include business planning & analysis, creating valued business partnerships with customer contacts and Hershey internal business partners, and achieving mutually beneficial agreements through skilled negotiation and understanding of the customer’s business.
