CSI Specialist

To plan, coordinate, implement, monitor and evaluate the CSI programmes and projects in-line with IDC CSI strategy and policies

• Bachelor'sdegree in social science, Social Development or related/relevant field. 
• 5-8 years relevant experience in Corporate Social Investment or socio-economic development
• Strong understanding of CSR/CSI principles and global standards (e.g., UN Sustainable Development Goals, ESG frameworks), Shared value and sustainable development
• Knowledge of how CSI aligns with business strategy and brand reputation
• Understanding of Socio-economic challenges (education, health, unemployment, inequality), Community development methodologies
• Ability to conduct Needs assessments, social impact analysis
• Project Program Management
• Skills in Planning, budgeting, and execution of CSI initiatives, Monitoring and evaluation (ME), Risk assessment
