About the role
AUXILIA INC' is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, 100% non-voice role based in Manggahan Pasig City Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests, all within a 1-day process.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, social media) in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
- Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team or department
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
