About the role

AUXILIA INC' is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, 100% non-voice role based in Manggahan Pasig City Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests, all within a 1-day process.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels (email, chat, social media) in a timely and professional manner
2. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively
3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
4. Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team or department
5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
