Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent at VoltX Energy, you will be the main point of contact for customers, handling their questions, updates, and concerns throughout their project. This is a customer service role that requires the ability to clearly explain terms and processes in simple, customer-friendly language.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively handle customer concerns and inquiries on refunds, cancellations, follow-ups, and support through inbound calls and emails.
  • Explain information in layman's terms to ensure customers fully understand their energy systems and updates.
  • Track customer progress in the CRM (HubSpot) and provide accurate, timely status updates.
  • Identify issues, resolve what you can, and escalate complex concerns to the right team.
  • Use the internal Knowledge Base to provide consistent and correct answers.
  • Record all customer interactions in the CRM for accuracy and smooth handovers.
