CSR-Bilingual (Spanish & English)- Project-Based

Qualifications:

• Preferably with BPO experience
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, required
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be willing to work during US hours
• Must be amenable to work on-site in Makati City

Job Description:

• As a customer success agent, you will manage incoming calls, video call/s, and customer service inquiries.
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
