About the role
As a CSR *CALL CENTER* NON-VOICE (chat and email) at CPI Management Services', you will be a key member of our customer service team, focused on delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time role based in Antipolo City Rizal.
What you'll be doing
- Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers via chat and email channels
- Responding to customer inquiries, questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshooting issues and proactively working to resolve customer problems
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
