About the role

As a CSR *CALL CENTER* NON-VOICE (chat and email) at CPI Management Services', you will be a key member of our customer service team, focused on delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. This is a full-time role based in Antipolo City Rizal.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers via chat and email channels
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
