About the Role:
Join our team as a CSR Executive specializing in real estate booking support. You will be the primary point of contact for new client inquiries, managing bookings and providing seamless support through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp messages for new customer inquiries.
• Provide detailed information on projects, pricing, and availability.
• Manage the end-to-end booking process and appointment scheduling.
