About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team at Auxilia Inc'. This full-time role will be based in Angeles City, Pampanga, with the opportunity to work virtually. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.

What you'll be doing

1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer emails and messages
2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
