CSR Import Supervisor

Job Description
Manage the full import life cycle of shipments (Air, Ocean, LCL/FCL), from pre-alert to final delivery.
Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the key point of contact for a portfolio of import clients, addressing inquiries, quotes, and issue resolution promptly and professionally.
Anticipate and resolve any logistical problems that arise during transit (e.g., Customs holds, vessel delays, demurrage charges) with minimal client impact.
Handle all customer invoicing and billing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and liaising with the Accounting department on collection or payment issues.
Actively work to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that encourage repeat business.
Prepare, process, and accurately check all essential documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Arrival Notices, Delivery Orders, and Customs clearance paperwork.
