Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to manage complete customer support operations, including order confirmation and customer communication via WhatsApp chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm customer orders accurately and on time
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support through WhatsApp chat
• Manage end-to-end customer support from order placement to issue resolution
• Maintain records of customer interactions and orders
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male only
• Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
• Minimum Qualification: At least 14 years of education

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and Urdu
• Prior experience in customer support or call center is a plus
