We are hiring a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to manage complete customer support operations, including order confirmation and customer communication via WhatsApp chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm customer orders accurately and on time
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support through WhatsApp chat
- Manage end-to-end customer support from order placement to issue resolution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and orders
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Eligibility Criteria:
- Gender: Male only
- Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
- Minimum Qualification: At least 14 years of education
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Urdu
