CSR - Katipunan / Araneta, Cubao

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of voice BPO/call center experience
• At least high school graduate (old curriculum)/SHS
• Able to work from site
• Able to work night shift
• Amenable to work at our Katipunan / Araneta, Cubao, QC
• Can start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Answer questions about products, services, and accounts
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
• Process orders, payments, and account updates
• Provide accurate information and clear guidance
• Document call details and actions taken
• Follow company policies and quality standards
• Maintain a positive and courteous tone at all times
