Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or any related field (graduates of Hotel and Restaurant Management are an advantage).
  2. With at least 6 months to 1 year experience in customer service, front desk, clinic, spa, or aesthetic industry is preferred.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge in appointment scheduling, client database management, and basic administrative tasks.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media messaging platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
  7. Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.
  8. Ability to handle client concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  9. Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
  10. Can start immediately is an advantage.
