About the role
CPI Management Services is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is a full-time, non-voice customer support role based in Tayuman, Binangonan Rizal. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional email and chat-based support to our valued customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved efficiently and effectively.
