About the role
Join the dynamic team at CPI Management Services' as a (EMAIL AND CHAT SUPPORT) *CSR Non_Voice* in our Tayuman Binangonan Rizal office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, ensuring our clients receive timely and effective support.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and chat, providing prompt and accurate information
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
