Job Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (CSR) with experience in administrative and basic accounting tasks. This role handles customer support while assisting with documentation, data entry, invoicing, and record management. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Document and update customer records accurately Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report support Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment tracking Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns Requirements Requirements: CSR experience with admin and basic accounting exposure Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Excel Ability to work independently in a remote setup CRM or accounting software experience is a plus
