Job Description

                    Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt assistance and solutions to their concerns.
Assist customers with a wide range of ATM -related concerns, including technical issues, transaction discrepancies, card -related problems, and general inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to ATMs, utilizing problem -solving skills and technical knowledge. If necessary, escalate issues and dispatch technicians to address hardware or software malfunctions.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as technical support, operations, and management to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and call logs, documenting all interactions and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
