Job Description

CARTERS Whangamata has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy Yard team. This physical role involves picking and packing orders, and operating a fork lift to load product onto delivery trucks. 

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and pride themselves on exceptional service and delivery to our customers in a timely, professional, and safe manner. With your high energy and can-do attitude, you can expect to:


  • Load and unload building materials either with a forklift or manual handling

  • Pick and assemble customer orders. 

  • Process sales documentation

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers on and off site.

    You will be the perfect fit for this role if you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and have the following skills and qualities:

  • Valid FULL New Zealand Driver's Licence
